The LABOR DAY PARADE in PEN ARGYL, PA.
Our church is doing a float for the Labor Day Parade on September 7, 2026. The parade begins at 1:00 pm in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, and we would love to see you along the parade route. Candy will be tossed from our float with our staff of workers giving out information about our church and its ministries. We hope to see you there.

What We Offer
Meaningful Worship:
Our church places a great emphasis on worship. The praise band delivers heartfelt and inspirational music, and the messages are always biblically centered and relevant.
Discipleship/Education:
We hold Christian education and discipleship as a direct commandment of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Through our Sunday school classes, small groups, and Bible fellowships, we offer plenty of opportunities for Christian development and growth.
Ministry for All Ages:
Our church offers all age-appropriate ministry platforms, from infant and toddler care to our children's ministry, to the teen group, up through to all stages of adulthood.
Fellowship:
The church provides many avenues for fellowship with other believers. There are plenty of opportunities to meet and interact with one another. Many of our fellowship events are specific to age. While many events are geared for all aspects of life, some activities are exclusive to our children, youth, or adults, respectively. All people are welcomed.
Security:
We take the safety of you and your family very seriously. Our church property is constantly under video surveillance with monitoring personnel in place during services. During church functions, there is only one entrance that is accessible through the main foyer. We are also blessed to have law enforcement agents as a part of our church family.
Support:
The Bangor Nazarene Church believes that people are not meant to go through life alone. Community is a huge part of our Church, and all are invited to enter the fellowship of God's Family.
We sponsor support groups designed to lift and encourage people who may need a little help navigating life or getting through a tough time. We have weekly ladies' and men's groups that are uplifting and educational as we share our lives.
Additionally, our OVERCOMERS meeting on Wednesday evenings provides an environment that nurtures healing from life's issues.
